Can you describe the process of delivery?
Sure. Once you place the order, we put all of the goods into a plain box(es) and prepare these for shipping.
These packages are then picked up by the parcel delivery company and, according to the specification provided by customer, dispatched right to the consignee. You (a customer) are the one and only one who is responsible for a valid delivery address i.e. where the goods will be sent and delivered to.
The order must include the complete address of a consignee including the street number, ZIP code and the phone number in the country of delivery. We will not ship to the customer who provide us with, let´s say, German phone number but the address of delivery is in France.
How long does it usually take for you to dispatch my order?
If all ordered stuff is in stock, we ship within 2 business days after the payment has been credited to our account.
If there are some items in stock at the supplier, the order is processed and shipped usually within 7 business days.
How can I make a payment?
Primarily, we do accept payment via a regular money transfer from a bank account, but can send a credit card request as well. A direct link to make a payment via a credit card will be provided in the email right after the order is made.
You have to have the internet payments enabled and your bank card must support 3D secure authentication to process the payment successfuly.
What should I do if I want to pay with my bank card?
Write down a “Credit Card" into the message field. We will send you a payment request asap.

Promotions and discount coupons
Is there a limit for a discount coupon when I sign up for a newsletter?
Yes. The code can be used just for the first order over €100 excluding shipping. To get a coupon, you need to confirm the activation link that will be sent to you by email.
